Return and Refund Policy

  1. Conditions for Returns
    We accept return requests under the following circumstances:

  • Items can be returned within 30 days of receipt (unless otherwise stated).

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with tags attached.

  • If the product has quality issues or shipping damage, please provide relevant photos as proof.

  1. Non-Returnable Items
    Returns are not accepted in the following cases:

  • Items that have been used or damaged, unless due to quality issues.

  • Sale items, custom-made products, or personalized items (unless there are quality issues).

  1. Return Process

  • Request a Return: Please contact our customer service team via email (support@vigorsports.shop) with your order number and reason for return.

  • Return Confirmation: We will respond and confirm your return request within 1-2 business days.

  • Return Address: Once confirmed, we will provide the return address and detailed return instructions.

  • Return Shipment: Please return the item within 15 days of receiving return confirmation and provide the tracking number.

  1. Return Shipping Fees

  • If the return is due to product quality issues or our shipping error, we will cover the return shipping fees.

  • If the return is due to personal reasons (e.g., change of mind) and the order has not been canceled, you will be responsible for the return shipping fees.

  1. Restocking Fees
    We do not charge any restocking fees.

  2. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process and post the refund. If you have not received your refund after 15 business days, please contact our customer service team (support@vigorsports.shop).

  1. Order Cancellation
    We accept order cancellation requests under the following conditions:

  • Cancellation Time: Orders can be canceled free of charge within 24 hours of payment.

  • Cancellation Method: Please contact customer service via email or phone (support@vigorsports.shop) to submit a cancellation request and provide your order number.

  • Shipped Orders: If the order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled. Upon receiving the item, you may follow the return process to return it.
